Mixed Martial Arts in not boxing

Mixed martial arts is not boxing.

There are a lot of differences between the two. There are set of rules which apply to both mixed martial arts and boxing while there are also rules that conflict each other.

That is why some mixed martial artists find it hard to change profession. They have to study the boxing guidelines.

A boxer, on the other hand, will only have to set his mindset that he can do more as there are less restrictions on MMA. I know one boxer who will watch UFC 106 live stream at Shakeys in Katipunan. He will be learning the ways of a martial artist.
